More details from petition creator

The bridge in Walton On Thames has become increasingly dirty and unsightly over the past few months. The bridge is now covered in a green sludge, which makes it look rundown and tired.

The Council have advised that the bridge is not due to be cleaned until 2019/20. However, I don’t think this is good enough. This fantastic structure is the gateway to our community, and given the amount of pride we take in our town and the amount of money we pay in Council Tax, I think we deserve better!
